Team Koe.

Mark your calendar June 10 to 12, 2021, for the Canadian Angus Association National Convention to be held in Saskatoon, Sask. Watch here for details as they come or check out the Canadian Angus website at cdnangus.ca for more information.

The Canadian Junior Angus Association is proud to announce that Hayes Howe of Cypress County, Alta., Austin Richard of Salt Springs, N.B., and Shawna Williams of Fraser Lake, B.C., are the recipients of the Canadian Angus Foundation Heifer Vouchers. These juniors will each receive $2,000 to spend on a female this fall. These vouchers were drawn from the 2020 Canadian Junior Angus membership.

In other news, the association is sponsoring Team Koe for their 2020-21 curling season. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions they will be playing all their games in Alberta. As part of the sponsorship, John Morris and the Canadian Angus Association will be highlighting an exclusive cooking series throughout the curling season called Bringing the Heat. This will be a great opportunity to promote and eat some Canadian Angus beef as part of Team Koe’s healthy diet and fitness program.
