I have not seen the estimated dollar value of the total finished project. Are we as taxpayers of Canada expected to fund more than 50 per cent of this project? Yes, these people are consuming these unpasteurized products at their own risk and that is their right. But I’ll bet they won’t hesitate to come to the publicly-funded health care system when they become ill from these self-inflicted and unnecessary risks. Hello people! Do the so-called potential benefits really outweigh the significant risks you are taking? — Christine Dierker
