Whitney DeDecker has resigned from the Canadian Speckle Park Association as general manager, effective September 1. DeDecker is leaving the position to focus on her young family and their livestock operation.

During her time as general manager, she directed the breed through many changes. Without a doubt, her greatest challenge was putting in place the new in-house breed registry.

The Canadian Speckle Park association’s new registry will be handled out of their new office in Calgary, Alta., at 5160 Skyline Way.
