Winnipeg, March 27 – The Canadian dollar was relatively unchanged
Thursday morning, as it followed the up and down movement of other
international currencies in the absence of strong domestic data.
A report from RBC Capital Markets said the US/Canadian dollar pair
consolidated in a tight range during Asian trading.
At 8:45 CDT Thursday, the Canadian dollar was at US$0.9022 or
US$=C$1.1084 which compares with Wednesday’s North American close of US
$0.9022, or US$=C$1.1084.
The TSX was down 115.39 points Thursday morning at 8:45 CDT, to
sit at 14,184.10.
