Canadian Limousin Association members, board and staff took part in the Beef Improvement Federation Symposium in Knoxville, Tennessee. Three days were spent at the University of Tennessee listening to speakers and having conversations about “building a better cow.” On the final day, members toured beef operations and a progressive dairy operation.
The association also held its 55th annual general meeting online on June 6, where association and financial updates were presented, along with an insightful talk on performance data collection by Joe Epperly.
We are excited to announce that this fall, the Limousin Voice magazine will welcome a new publisher, Jill Renton of Gone West Media. Thank you to Katie Songer for six great years working on the magazine.
