I think this is a bad idea. The truckers who haul grain to the elevators will be charged extra tax. Do you really think they will just eat that extra cost? It will just be pasted onto the farmer. Either way the farmer will be paying higher trucking costs or more taxes from government and RMs. There is no winning. — Mark Thoner
