Feed Grains: Alberta feed grains range higher

July 4 (CNS Canada) – The most recent Alberta weekly Crop Market Review showed feed wheat bids for the week ending June 30 ranged
between C$190 – C$212 per tonne at Lethbridge, compared to the previous week’s range of C$192-198 per tonne.

Barley at Lethbridge ranged C$177-$182 per tonne compared to C$177 – C$181 per tonne the previous week.

Oats at Edmonton were C$175-C$202 per tonne, up from C$175-C$195 per tonne.

As of June 25 for week 47 of the crop year, Canadian barley exports hit 65,300 tonnes for the week for a year-to-date total
of 1.142 million tonnes, which up about 24 percent from the year-to-date total last year at this time of 920,300 tonnes. Oat
exports are up 20 per cent from the same period a year ago at 1.068 million tonnes year to date, compared to 885,200 tonnes.

U.S. grain markets were closed today for Independence Day, but corn futures closed Monday at US$3.8850, for the September
contract up 7.25 cents U.S.
