Bids for feed barley in Saskatchewan are holding steady, according to the latest information from the Prairie Ag Hotwire. Prices are listed at C$2.70 to C$3.00 per bushel.
Prices for oats in Saskatchewan are keeping firm, according to the Hotwire. Prices are listed at C$2.65 to C$3.17 per bushel.
Northeastern Montana and northwestern North Dakota are battling extreme drought. A report by the Casper Star-Tribune say the community of Westby, which straddles the border between the two states has recorded 0.59 inches of rainfall since April 1. The normal amount is four inches.

Feed barley prices were roughly the same compared to the previous week, at C$180 to C$183 per tonne in Lethbridge.
