Congratulations to Eric, Terra, Rozlyn and Liam Boon of B Bar Cattle at Lucky Lake, Sask. The Boon family’s pen of three bulls was named the Reserve Grand Champion Pen of Interbreed Bulls at Canadian Western Agribition. They also took home the People’s Choice Pen of Three Bulls at Agribition.
Congratulations as well to Rob and Erin Weppler and family of After Hours Limousin in Tara, Ont. They were awarded the Margaret Madgett Award by the Ontario Limousin Association.
Leighton Dyck of Swiftft Current, Sask., was awarded the Canadian Junior Limousin Association Scholarship for 2022. He and his family operate Short Grass Limousin. He is currently attending Lethbridge College, majoring in animal science.

Jules Smyth of Roblin, Man., was awarded the Canadian Junior Limousin Association Scholarship. Smyth grew up on her family’s operation Jaymarandy Limousin. She graduated from Casper Colege in Wyoming majoring in agribusiness and animal science and is now attending Panhandle State University, majoring in animal science/nutrition.
